Customer Service Booth of the Month November 2021

SIXT RAC located at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Hebron, Kentucky was moving the business operation into a Consolidated Rental Car Facility. They wanted to purchase a new Customer Service Booth and Exit Booth. They decided to go with our prefabricated aluminum security booths, also known as prefab guard booths. The first booth 21-005 is a 6′ x 8′ ADA Exit booth which allows the Sixt employee to check rental contracts and certify the cars are being checked out by customers properly. Booth 21-006 is an 8′ x 10′ ADA Customer Service Booth that was manufactured in order to facilitate customer transactions. That particular booth has a drop down ADA transaction window in order to accommodate wheelchair accessibility. Both booths were painted matte black to meet SIXT RAC paint requirements. The customer service booths also included Low E insulated glass, wall-mounted heating & cooling unit, pre-wired electrical package, work counter, & non-skid aluminum floor. These guard booths are approved under the State of Kentucky Modular Building Program.
