For the month of July, we’ve chosen to showcase our Vista Series ADA compliant guard booth with restroom. Many municipalities require if you plan on putting in a restroom booth in a location for a security guard, it must be ADA compliant. This particular booth is 6’6 x 16′. It is manufactured out of prefinished white aluminum construction. Also included in the booth was Low E insulated glass, two sliding doors, 3″ overhang, wall-mounted HVAC unit, plastic laminate counter, pre-wired electrical package and restroom with partition wall on the interior. Mardan Fabrication ships all of the restroom fixtures loose so your onsite plumber can install everything to exactly fit the location. This particular booth is located in the State of New Jersey and is IBC label approved.
