Guard Booth of the Month

The University of Texas at Austin was looking for a guard booth that would fit the aesthetic of the surrounding buildings. They also wanted a booth that would not rust or deteriorate with minimal maintenance required. The university decided to purchase our prefabricated aluminum guard booth. One thing they did need was to have a peaked roof with custom Spanish barrel tile roofing and stone siding added to the booth to match the surrounding buildings. With collaboration from a local contractor, Mardan provided aluminum booth with a hip roof with plywood prepped for the contractor to add the roof tiles onsite. Also provided was a ledge on the side of the booth under the window sill in order for them to install the siding. After everything was done, the booth looked marvelous and the University of Texas was extremely pleased.
