Mardan Fabrication was tasked to manufacture our first Prefabricated Aluminum booth for Sivance LLC located in Gainesville, Florida. The booth was going to be used to house heavy-duty machinery for fire suppression and needed to be customized to do so. The machine that was to be installed in the booth required for a floor cutout in order to accommodate the size of the machine since it would be mounted directly to the concrete. This particular booth is 10’ x 20’. It has heavy-duty insulated aluminum walls and roof. Other items included was wall-mounted heating & cooling unit for the machinery, pre-wired electrical package including multiple light fixtures with wall-switch and occupancy sensor, non-skid aluminum floor, & customized doors to accommodate special door hardware. This Aluminum Booth is approved through the State of Florida modular building program for placement in Alachua County, Florida.
